This development has three six-story apartment buildings offering modern, amenity-rich living environments for hundreds of residents. We have also started 14 of the 28–42 proposed townhouses and condominiums, creating diverse ownership and rental opportunities to serve a wide range of household needs. A four-story Hyatt Studios hotel, strategically positioned to capture business and leisure travel tied to Kokomo’s industrial and commercial growth. These multiple residential opportunities will share all of the amenities that are on the site. They will also be able to enjoy the retail and commercial spaced to the south integrating the retail and commercial spaces, providing essential services, shopping, and dining while also generating long-term local employment opportunities.

Altogether, the residential components will bring well over 500 new housing units to the Kokomo market—addressing both immediate demand from incoming workers and the longer-term needs of current residents seeking upgraded housing options. Within this development we set aside roughly 200,000 squared feet of the property to accommodate for 40,000 - 60,000 squared feet of retail space and parking requirements. From local shops to grocery stores we work with business owners to ensure their needs are met and we also provide white boxed spaces for people who are interested in making these retail spaces their own.

Harmony Villas Apartments and Townhouses

These apartment building have been designed with out of the box thinking. Working on an additional attraction to Kokomo these buildings are not made to be like typical construction. These 5-6 story tall buildings will be the first of its kind in Indiana. Each building will house 168 one and two bedroom apartments.

14 townhouses have been built as 2 buildings with 7 homes in each. The second phase of townhouses will consist of an additional 14 or 28 townhouses or condos. The built townhouses have 5 bedrooms and 3 to 4 bathrooms with an open first floor concept and 2 car garage.

The Hyatt Studios Kokomo

This Hyatt hotel development will be a mid-scale hospitality as a part of the overall development. With four stories and 110 thoughtfully designed guest rooms, the project is structured to meet both business and leisure demand in the region. This development will work hand in hand with the rest of the hub district design providing additional modern amenities for visitors and community members alike.
